Attach to any Message Queue on the system for advanced
monitoring of system functioning. Received messages can be
routed to desired personnel.
• Define
advanced filtering criteria to limit what messages are routed to
users.
• Define priority based routing to allow messages to be sent to
different individuals based on filtering criteria such as
message severity, message id, message type, or any other message
criteria.
• All inquiry messages can be replied to directly by users
configured to receive alerts.
• If multiple messages are sent simultaneously user does not
need to re key anything to reply to the correct message.
• First and
second level help text can be retrieved in the event of
receiving a message.
• Problem resolution scripts can be run prior to sending any
message to users. If script resolves issue message can be sent
to alert you that problem has occurred and been resolved or you
can receive no message.
